A little history on the origins of a Bungalow house:

The term “Bungalow” originated in the Bengal region of India. Evolving from a native hut called a bangala, the word gradually became anglicized as Bungalow. Although Bungalows have been around almost a hundred years, many people are just now discovering America’s love affair with this wonderful architectural style. When we set out to design these distinctive homes, we followed three principles; uniqueness, scale and proportion. We have designed sensible and spacious plans that lives like a much larger home.
